Kate Wilson is a UK-based Set Decorator with over 16 years’ experience in the television and film industry.

After graduating with a degree in TV and Film Set Design, Kate moved into buying and has now spent more than a decade working as a Set Decorator. Her recent credits include A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder, The Winter King, Sanditon, A Discovery of Witches (Seasons 1 & 2), and BBC/HBO’s His Dark Materials (Season 1).

Earlier in her career, Kate worked primarily as an Action Prop Buyer in South Wales, specialising in action animals on set. Her role also encompassed managing prop fabrication teams, weapons, scheduling, and purchasing for action props.

Kate has developed an extensive network of contacts and suppliers, with experience sourcing across the UK and Europe.

In addition to her screen work, Kate is the founder and Creative Director of Honey & Ivy, a studio providing styling and floral design for weddings and events.https://www.honeyandivy.org/
